Blue Ridge personnel can perform the tasks necessary to collect the information for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Environmental Review Record Format II Environmental Assessment Checklist (Checklist). We will prepare and submit letters to select government agencies (i.e., state historic preservation office, US Army Corp of Engineers, US Fish & Wildlife, local permitting and zoning departments. etc.) to obtain backup for the responses presented. We will assemble the available maps (aerial photograph, flood insurance map, site plans, topographic map, wetlands maps) and other required information into a package for submittal.
Blue Ridge personel can perform noise surveys to collect data regarding noise levels in general accordance with the United States Department of Housing and Community Development (HUD) guidelines.
