Blue Ridge personnel can help you determine the sources of poor indoor air quality at your facility. Indoor air quality can be affected by mold, volatile organic compounds, and particulate matter.
Blue Ridge takes indoor air samples in representative areas of your facility to determine the constituents that might cause poor air quality. The samples are submitted to a certified laboratory for analysis and the results are presented in a letter report. The results of the lab testing will lead us to examine possible causes of poor air quality and present potential solutions and management strategies to be implemented to improve air quality at your facility.
In some cases, significant modifications are necessary to remove mold or materials with high volatile organic content. Blue Ridge can provide project management services including bidding, contractor selection, supervise and monitoring the removal of lead based paint from the facility, performing final confirmation sampling and final report preparation.
